There are many ways that you will get the petition:
1- You can download the petition and print it out on your home printer by clicking here.
2- Stop by our downtown office located at 940 SW Morrison. Here are the hours we are open:
Monday, Feb. 8th - 10:30AM to 1:30PM
Tuesday, Feb. 9th - 3:30PM to 6:30PM
Wednesday, Feb. 10th - 10:30AM to 1:30PM
Thursday, Feb. 11th - 3:30PM to 6:30PM
Friday, Feb. 12th - 10:30AM to 1:30PM
3- Paid and volunteer signature collectors on the streets and their locations will be up shortly.

NOTE: You do not have to register with this site to get a petition. You can click here to download the petition.
This recall requires funding and your donation of $5 to $100 will go a long way to getting Sam Adams recalled.

To get a petition please do the following:
1) Review the Guideline and Requirements page.
2) Review the Oregon State paid petitioner training manual. You can skip over the Paid Petitioner requirements. The vital information starts on page 28. This information will help prevent your petition from being discounted.
3) Verify your voter registration information here. If your information is not current, you can update your voter registration card here.
4) Download the volunteer version of the petition to Recall Sam Adams by clicking here.
5) Print the new petitions (PDX002) on your printer. The petitions are only valid if the coversheet (SEL 350) is printed on one side of white paper and the petition (SEL 351) is printed on the other side of the paper. If you would like petitions mailed to you please send a email to

6) Once the petition is filled out make sure you completely fill out the Circulator Certification area just below signature line #5 of the petition.
7) Mail the petition back to:
